Meet Patrick Higgins, our executive chef.
From our four historic and luxuriously restored inns — including the Aurora Inn, E.B. Morgan House, Rowland House, and Wallcourt Hall — to our food and beverage outlets — from the Aurora Inn Dining Room and the Fargo Bar & Grill to the Village Market and our food service operations for Wells College — the Inns of Aurora value courage, initiative, dependability, flexibility, integrity, judgement, and respect for others.
