Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Due to the intimate nature of the Inns of Aurora, early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated and will not be permitted.
We are pleased to offer luggage storage for guests enjoying the area outside of designated check-in and check-out times.
Our cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to the arrival date. A deposit equal to one-night’s stay (plus taxes) is required at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled before 14 days prior to arrival.
Rates at the Inns of Aurora are based on double occupancy and are subject to change (rate for Room 8 at the Aurora Inn is based on four occupants). In rooms where it is permitted, there is a $30 fee for an additional occupant.
In response to inquires from our guests, please note that staff members are permitted to accept gratuities. Gratuity recognition is welcome for exceptional service from any of our staff members or service teams.
The Inns of Aurora are non-smoking properties. Any violation will result in an automatic $250 fine charged to the credit card on file.
In the event of excessive damage or cleaning needs, an additional fee will be automatically charged to your card on file upon check-out. Assessment of this fee is at the discretion of the Inns of Aurora.
Both E.B. Morgan House and Rowland House are best enjoyed in the company of other adults. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 14, with the exception of whole house rentals. Children of any age are welcome at the Aurora Inn and at Wallcourt Hall.
