Q.  How do I reserve a room?

A.  You can contact us at 315-364-8888, toll free 1-866-364-8808, or visit our website at innsofaurora.com to check up to date availability.

Q. Can I specify a room preference?

A. Absolutely, just let us know which room is your favorite and we will check the availability for you. You can also check a room preference on our website.

Q. How far ahead can I book my reservation?

A. You can book a reservation up to 1 full year in advance.

Q. What is the least amount of time I can book my reservation?

A. You can call up to the date you are looking for. We also welcome guests who are passing through town looking for last minute accommodations.

Q. What happens when I make a reservation?

A. When you make a reservation, we will ask for general information that will include your name, phone number, mailing address as well as your e-mail address. After finalizing your reservation you will be e-mailed a confirmation letter.

Q. Is a deposit required?

A. We ask that you make a deposit equivalent to a one-night stay. The exact amount depends upon the room.

Q. Can rooms accommodate an extra person, and is there an additional fee?

A. Each room rate is based on a two-person occupancy, with the exception of the double suite, which can accommodate up to 4 guests with no additional cost. There are also rooms that can accommodate up to 1 additional guest with the use of an air mattress. The cost for additional occupants is $30 per night.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

Q. Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?

A. We are unable to accept requests for either. Thank you for understanding.

Q. What if I don’t see the availability that I am looking for on your website?

A. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience and we would gladly check for you.

Q. What is included with the room rate?

A. All of our guest rooms have a flat-panel LCD television with DVD player, high-speed internet access, individual temperature controls, telephone, and an elegant private marble bathrooms stocked with spa-quality William Roam bath products and luxurious Frette bath robes. In addition to your room amenities, please enjoy a complimentary breakfast prepared by one of our chefs, served in the Aurora Inn Dining Room.

Q. Are children welcome?

A. The Aurora Inn gladly welcomes children of any age. Pack-n-Plays are available upon request. The E.B. Morgan House welcomes children 14 years and older.

Q. If I am reserving more than one room, do you need the names of each guest?

A. To ease the process of checking in, we ask that you provide the names of each guest that is occupying each room.

Q. Is parking available?

A. You can park directly on the street, or there is a small parking lot located just south of the Inn. Off-street parking is provided for guest staying at the E.B. Morgan House.

A. Our address is 391 Main St., Aurora, New York.

Q. How do I receive special offers?

A. You can sign up for our e-mails on our website, or on your next visit, ask to fill out a comment card.

Q. Is there a restaurant close by?

A. The Aurora Inn is home to a 5 star fine dining restaurant, with service to match its elegant atmosphere.

Q. Do you offer whole Inn or house rentals?

Q. Do you have any rooms that are handicapped accessible?

A. Room 105 at the Inn and room 201 at the E.B. Morgan House are ADA compliant.
