Slate.

We start each day with a clean slate. We believe meals should be fresh & different every day.

A new pop-up restaurant in Aurora, Slate is named for the large pieces of local stone that serve as menu boards and serves a fresh, new menu each day for eat-in or take out. “We want to serve something fresh and new every day,” shares Kevin Sennett, Slate’s manager. “Every morning, we’ll literally wipe our menus clean and start again. While we want to give our guests an idea of the kind of food we’re cooking, we want to keep it interesting and different.”
