The healing benefits of yoga can be felt with just one session, and with regular practice, yoga enhances vitality and supports overall wellbeing. Yoga’s deep breathing helps foster an inner shift from to-do list to the present moment as this moving meditation de-clutters the mind.
With an extensive collection of carefully selected, high-quality props, the Loft is well-equipped for a healing yoga practice for every body. Private to you and your group, each yoga session at the Loft runs for 75 minutes and is led by one of our certified yoga instructors.
Our yoga program is curated by our Director of Serenity Laura Coburn, E-RYT, and co-hosted with Rasa Spa. Laura is the lead instructor at Eka, a center for yoga and creativity founded in 2013. A certified Relax & Renew© teacher, Laura specializes in adaptive yoga for every body and mind and has done extensive study in the area of Ayurvedic medicine and nutrition.

foundations of yoga
A strong yoga practice begins with a stable foundation. Begin or expand your personal practice with the guidance of a certified yoga teacher. Explore yoga postures and discover the power of breath awareness. This experience is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis wanting to fine tune their alignment.
Tune in to your inner guru with this restful, calming class, including breathing, gentle flowing movements, and passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginners yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
Enjoy a dynamic practice, linking breath to movement while flowing through a series of asana. Build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration. Sequencing often includes sun salutations. Your instructor will gear the pace of this class to your personal preference or the collective intention of your group.
Relax and restore inner peace and wellbeing with this gentle inward focused yoga practice. You’ll be guided through meditative poses in which the body is supported with props. Postures (asanas) are held for extended periods of time. Both soothing and regenerating, restorative poses help bring balance to our demanding daily lives.
