Aurora Cooks! Seafood Demonstration 5:30 pm
May 30 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm$75.00 - $360.00
Join Patrick Higgins and Grace Mattingly at Aurora Cooks—the Inns of Aurora’s stunning new demonstration kitchen—for a relaxed and educational tasting experience. After a champagne toast, gather around the island or have a seat at a nearby table as though you’re at a chef’s home kitchen and enjoy all of the comforts afforded by an outstanding host.
With delectable tastes and take-away tips for applying expert techniques in your own home, this 90-minute demonstration is an engaging and intimate culinary experience. Enjoy a glass or two of wine, a craft beer, or a hand-blended cup of tea as you watch, learn, and taste the magic behind a truly well-made meal.
In this edition of Aurora Cooks, we’ll explore the technique of Cooking Seafood.
Bored with Friday night fish fry? Don’t be afraid of the seafood section any longer! Switch up your weekly menu with something a little healthier. From what we call “the poor mans lobster” to a big bowl of mussels, broth, and bread of course! Let us teach you how to pick out the best fish and serve it up in some simple, unique styles you’d never think of!
Classes are open to all and begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.—doors open at 5:20 p.m. Seating is limited to 24 guests. Tickets are $75 plus tax. Please register in advance.
Round out your visit at the 1833 Kitchen and Bar. Reservations strongly encouraged.
