Join Sommelier and Director of Food and Beverage, Meryl Eriksen, as she explains how to interpret a wine list and shares tips for ordering and asking questions to get the best outcome from your selections. During this workshop, you’ll also be invited to sample wines and talk about their unique characteristics and the types of foods that pair well with each.

Classes are open to all and begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.—doors open at 1:50 p.m. Seating is limited to 24 guests. Skills class tickets are $35 plus tax. Please register in advance.
FINE PRINT: Please inform us of any food allergies when registering. As classes are designed for demonstration and not intended to be a meal, separate dishes will not be prepared based on preference. Classes are open to guests aged 18 years and older, and a valid photo I.D. will is required to be served alcohol. Cocktail and wine classes require that all participants be at least 21 years old. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel at least five days in advance to receive a refund, retain a credit, or transfer to another class. Without the five-day notice, the registration fee is non-refundable. You may, however, send someone to class in your place.
