What is your capacity?

In our elegant Lakeside Room, we can accommodate from 25 to 96 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 200 under our soaring white dining tent on our lakeside lawns between May 1 and the end of October. E.B. Morgan House and Rowland House are luxurious settings perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings of up to 50 or celebrations such as day-after brunches or rehearsal dinners.

What is included with a rental of the Lakeside Room?

All receptions in the Lakeside Room include the patio with awning, 60” round tables, ivory or white tablecloths and napkins, table votives, parquet dance floor, champagne toast for all guest, cake cutting and serving, planning and on-site wedding coordinators, hors d’oeuvres display, and a complete list of our preferred vendors.

Does my wedding need to be catered by the Inns of Aurora?

With the exception of your wedding cake, all food and beverage must be catered by our team.

What are the bar options?

There are many choices depending on what you would like to provide, such as a pay by consumption or by-the-hour packages. We can also offer cash bar, closed bar, wine service, or any combination.

Is there a deposit required?

We do require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the total cost of your event. The final balance of your event is due upon conclusion of the event, or at check-out the following morning. All deposits are non-refundable. We also require a refundable deposit to hold all ten Aurora Inn rooms at the time of contracting.

Is the rental of the ceremony tent required? If so, what is included?

If you expect more than 60 guests for your ceremony, we require the rental of the ceremony tent, which is $2,500 plus tax. Included with the rental is the frame tent with liner, padded wooden white folding chairs, one-hour rehearsal, and planning and on-site coordinators.

Is there a fee for the use of the large reception tent?

The rental fee for the large reception tent is $5,000 plus tax, plus $5 per person for tables and chairs.

When will I have to make my menu choices, and can I do a tasting?

All menu selections must be completed 60 days prior to your event. We do not have a standard tasting, but we would be more than happy to set up a time for you to sample the menu.
