Red Tail Ridge Wine Dinner
Join us as we partner with our friends from Seneca Lake winery, Red Tail Ridge, as they join us in presenting a sparkling, paired five-course meal. Featuring the expertise of the Aurora Inn Dining Room culinary team, the dinner promises to be an epicurean delight, as well as education, with both winemakers and Executive Chef Patrick Higgins presenting.

Pizza! Pizza! Cooking Class
Crust, sauce, and toppings, oh my! Learn the best way to toss a pizza crust, and which sauces and toppings pair best. Join our masterful culinary team for this hands-on cooking class. After you have prepared your pizzas, enjoy dinner in the company of your classmates and instructors in the cozy Aurora Inn Dining Room.

Champagne Brunch Cooking Class
From Mimosas and Bloody Marys to eggs Benedict and French toast, we take our brunch business quite seriously. Join us for this inaugural cooking class, as the talented Aurora Inn Dining Room culinary team teaches how to create the picture-perfect brunch for you and your guests. Afterwards, enjoy the meal you have prepared with your classmates.

Easter Sunday Brunch
Allow us to do the cooking for your family this holiday during Easter Brunch. With open seating from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., brunch is served buffet-style, including options such as almond crusted French toast and crab cake Benedict.
