Spa Policies & Etiquette

Reservations

Before making a Spa reservation, we recommend reviewing our extensive treatment menu. If you have any questions prior to booking, our guest services is available at 315.364.8888 and is delighted to talk through the variety of treatment options with you. Let us know about any pain, discomfort, or sensitivities you might have, and what your goals might be for the session. We can also recommend specific service providers based on your preferred treatments.

Before you Arrive

To ensure a seamless check-in experience, we recommend completing the appropriate intake form prior to your arrival. The intake form will be presented in the email confirming your spa appointment. On the day of your session, your service provider will once again talk with you about your specific needs, goals, sensitivities.

Arrival

Please arrive one hour ahead of your scheduled appointment time to settle in and prepare for your treatment. You must be in the Tranquility Room (a silent and electronic-free space) prior to the start of your treatment.

Late Arrival

If you arrive to the Spa at any point past the start time of your appointment, we reserve the right to deny service, and you will be subject to full cost of scheduled treatment. Partial service(s) will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), we require a minimum notice of 48 hours in advanced of your scheduled treatment(s). Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment(s) will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled treatment(s).

Spa Hours

The Spa, including the hydrotherapy pools, opens daily at 8:30 a.m. Hydrotherapy pools close at 7:30 p.m. and the facility closes at 8:00 p.m. The café is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Winter Sundays: On Sundays from late fall through mid-spring, hydrotherapy pools close at 4:30 p.m. and the facility closes at 5:00 p.m. The café is open on Sundays in the winter months from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to weather or maintenance.

Alcohol

The Spa is a center for healing, wellness, and calm. To help preserve this environment, alcohol may only be enjoyed in the Café and courtyard. Wine and beer is available for purchase in the Café; guests may not bring outside alcohol onto the property. We strongly discourage alcohol consumption in combination with hydrotherapy.

Gratuity

An additional 20% gratuity is automatically applied to the price of all treatments. No secondary tipping is necessary, but always welcome. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Electronics & Cell Phones

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. For the privacy of our guests and in an effort to maintain a restorative atmosphere, we do not permit electronics or cell phone usage at the Spa outside of the Café and courtyard.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping of any kind is strongly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Health Concerns

At the time of reservation, please notify our Guest Services team if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant.

Young Adults

The Spa is an adult environment. Young adults 16 years and older may schedule spa services with an accompanying guardian.

Clothing and Attire

With the exception of salon services, all guests are invited to enjoy one of our plush robes and shower sandals. If you are receiving massage or a body treatment, you may undress to your comfort level, however, we do recommend disrobing entirely to allow the therapist to work directly on muscles. If you are receiving a facial, it’s important to disrobe from the waist up, or at least from the shoulders up. You will always be covered by a sheet for your privacy throughout your sessions. We highly recommend bringing a bathing suit so that you may enjoy our many pools and our co-ed sauna. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that you keep public displays of affection to a minimum in all Spa spaces.

If you have additional questions, please call us at 315.364.8888. We look forward to welcoming you!
