Guided by our wellness philosophy, offerings at the Spa are designed to promote long-lasting benefits to mind, spirit, and body. From the Aurora—our signature hot oil scalp massage—to a rhythmic Abhyanga massage, discover a restorative wellness experience like none other.

Spa reservations are required to access the facility.

Aurora
50 Minutes$195

Like the dawn, this enlightening treatment will leave you refreshed and ready for anything that lies ahead. Awaken the mind and bolster the vitality of your hair with an extended scalp massage incorporating warm, nourishing oils. In addition, the hands and feet receive special attention to leave the skin dewy and revitalized.

To extend the benefits of your session, we recommend the following hydrotherapy circuit:

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Contrast Bathing
Leave time to dry your hair before your treatment as oils do not penetrate well into wet hair.
Hot: Stay in one of the hot pools for about 15 minutes. You may want to begin in a warm pool and progress to a hot pool. Feel free to float and stretch as you luxuriate in the warmth.
Cold: Leave the hot pool and enter either a cold shower or cold plunge. If you choose a shower, make the water as cold as you can stand; be sure to get your whole body under the water. Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT:

Sauna
Hot: Stay in the sauna for 10 to 15 minutes, or until beads of perspiration form on your chest. Ladle water onto the hot rocks to create steam, if desired.
Cool: A tepid (not cold) shower will help you cool off without losing the warmth of the treatment. If you can, avoid shampooing your hair to let the healing oils continue to penetrate your hair and scalp. Rinsing the hair will not remove the oils.
Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas.

Exfoliating Dry Brush
50 Minutes$215
80 Minutes$315

Experience a technique that has been used for centuries to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, bring blood and oxygen to the surface of the skin, and help in the detoxification process. The Dry Brush session includes hot towels and a massage with a divinely warming cardamom amber oil from red flower. Especially recommended in the winter months, a dry brush treatment will restore vitality and glow to your skin, stimulate lymphatic circulation, and bring an experience of distinctive whole-body freshness.

If you would like specific or deep work on an area of your body, please consider the 80-minute session, as the 50-minute session only allows time for a full body circulatory massage.

To extend the benefits of your session, we recommend the following hydrotherapy circuits:

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Sauna
Hot: Spend 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, or until beads of perspiration form on your chest. To create steam, ladle water onto the hot rocks.
Cold: Take either a cold (or cool) shower or cold plunge. If you choose a shower, make the water as cold as you can stand, and be sure to get your head, face, hands, and feet under the water.  Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas. Drink plenty of water and repeat the cycle if desired.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT:

Steam Room
Hot: Stay in the steam room for about 15 minutes (no more than 20 minutes). Begin on the lower seating level; progress to the upper level once you are used to the heat.
Cool: Take either a cold (or cool) shower or cold plunge. If you choose a shower, make the water as cold as you can stand, and be sure to get your head, face, hands, and feet under the water.  Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas. Drink plenty of water and the repeat cycle if desired.

Signature Scrub
50 Minutes$205
80 Minutes$305

Our signature scrubs feature an invigorating treatment with one of our premium exfoliating scrubs. Using carefully sourced and sustainable natural ingredients, our signature scrubs are as delightful as they are effective. The full-body scrub is followed by a refreshing rinse, and the treatment is finished with a generous application of nourishing moisturizer. If you have any questions, please reach out to our guest services team to assist. You will choose your specific scrub at the time of booking.

  • The Ohana Gingergrass Scrub from red flower has stimulating, purifying properties that will make your skin feel sloughed, clean, and soft. Though great for all skin types, this scrub can be especially advantageous for those with oilier skin.
  • The Lemon Coffee Olive Stone Scrub from red flower has fine granules that exfoliates dead skin cells, stimulates circulation, and softens and smooths the skin.
  • The Stone Crop Revitalizing Scrub from Eminence Organics is a combined salt and sugar scrub that lathers into a creamy foam to brighten and smooth the skin. This scrub option is not incredibly abrasive and great for more sensitive skin.
  • Our spring 2024 seasonal scrub is a Matcha Lavender Sugar Scrub. This detoxifying scrub supports aging skin repair and revitalizes dull skin while reducing redness, inflammation, and irritation. Following the scrub, enjoy a moisturizing application of white grapefruit and geranium cream filled with Vitamin C to brighten the skin.

Red Flower Hammam Ritual
100 Minutes$395

Rooted in Turkish tradition, the red flower Hammam Ritual detoxifies, relaxes, and awakens your whole being. The Hammam connects you to a full sensory experience as your body is enveloped in the scents and textures of rich oils, exfoliants, natural clays, healing butters, and creams. Each level of this experience releases an intense, redolent scent along with therapeutic healing properties.

The ritual begins with an intoxicating lemon blossom coffee scrub, followed by a fragrant jasmine rhassoul clay application. After cleansing, a soft water mist envelops you with a lovely quince aroma. Finally, a generous moisturizing massage with tangerine and cardamom softens your skin and relaxes your muscles.

Signature Wrap
80 Minutes$315

Our signature wraps are personalized rituals of detoxification and nourishment. The treatment begins with a dry brush ritual, which refreshes and exfoliates your skin. Our wraps allow your skin to fully absorb your chosen wrap product while you are cocooned in hot towels and heat-reflective natural fiber blankets. After the aromatic and relaxing warmth of your wrap, a generous moisturizing application will deeply nourish and rejuvenate your skin and muscles.

As part of our commitment to fostering self-care, you will be able to take your dry brush home with you to use whenever you wish. We recommend dry brushing three to five times per week before showering for optimal results. You will choose your specific wrap at the time of booking; our guest services team is happy to assist and guide you on selecting the optimum wrap for you.

  • The Stone Crop Restorative Wrap from Eminence Organics moisturizes and brightens the look of the skin.
  • The Chocolate Truffle Body Wrap from Eminence Organics is a delightfully aromatic wrap, rich with antioxidants that reduce visible signs of aging.
  • The Hungarian Mud Wrap from Eminence Organics increases circulation and opens pores. Rich in vitamins, ivy and sage work to tone and heal the skin, and cinnamon will warm and stimulate the skin, leaving you refreshed. After the wrap application, soothing chamomile moisturizer will help soften and soothe the skin and reduce any inflammation.

Wraps may not be suitable for those who have issues with claustrophobia, as your body is snugly wrapped for part of the treatment. If this is the case for you, please talk with our team about alternative options.

The luxurious cocoon of our wrap treatment pairs well with the following hydrotherapy circuit:

Hot: Stay in the steam room for about 15 minutes (no more than 20 minutes). Begin on the lower seating level; progress to the upper level once you are used to the heat.

Hot: Spend 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna to dry off and seal in the warmth and vitality from the day. Take a moment to breathe, experience stillness, and set intentions for new self-care routines.

Wholeness Healing
50 Minutes$195

This balancing and restorative energy session is about recognizing and supporting your body’s own self-healing ability. The therapist uses light, gentle contacts to clear the major joints of the body, and then encourage balance between the chakras (energy centers) that are located along the spine, and which align with major endocrine glands. Clients describe this work as deeply relaxing and grounding, and have found it can be useful with emotional processing or when they have been feeling “scattered.” This session can be done with the client comfortably clothed.

Reiki
50 Minutes$195

The two Japanese words Rei and Ki mean “spiritually guided” and “life force energy.” Simply put, Reiki is energy healing for relaxation and stress reduction. As you rest in comfortable clothing on a massage table, the Reiki Master uses light touch to help your body heal itself. Pain, stress and tension melt away as Reiki energy is shared in a safe, healing way that soothes, nourishes, and relaxes you from head-to-toe.

An important part of any skincare treatment is allowing the products to stay on the skin for as long as possible so they can work their magic. We therefore recommend hydrotherapy circuits before, and not after any facial treatment. Hydrotherapy before your facial prepares your skin for the treatment and optimizes results. After the full body detox provided by the circuits, your skin will be glowing, invigorated, and ready to receive the treatment. The benefits of pre-treatment hydrotherapy for the skin include deep pore cleansing, priming the skin for exfoliation, and increasing circulation to enhance every skincare treatment we offer.

After your hydrotherapy circuit and before your treatment, leave time for an extended rest period of at least 20 minutes before your facial. Because the hydrotherapy is so stimulating, we recommend following any pre-treatment hydrotherapy with ample time to allow your skin to equalize and balance before working with your esthetician.

After your facial, you may feel complete, or you may want to unwind further. If you would like to continue relaxing, we recommend a gentle soak in the warm pool, taking care to keep your face and décolletage dry.

Signature Massage
50 Minutes$195
80 Minutes$295

Every massage session that we offer is custom-built to your needs and goals. This massage provides you with complete relaxation and helps to improve circulation and flexibility. Using light to medium pressure throughout, we strive to meet you where you are on the day that you visit and adjust our work to what your body and mind need at that moment.

Our recommended hydrotherapy circuit for massage treatments supports and enhances the customized work you receive:

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Contrast Hydrotherapy
Hot: Enjoy a steam room, sauna, or one of the hot pools for about 15 minutes.
Cold: Enter either a cold (or cool) shower or cold plunge. If you choose a shower, make the water as cold as you can stand; be sure to get your whole body under the water.
Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas. Drink plenty of water and repeat the cycle if desired.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT:

Sauna
Hot:
Spend 15 minutes in the sauna, or until you feel your body begin to sweat.
Cold: Rinse in a tepid shower, then turn the shower to cold and aim the water streams over the areas in which you received deep massage. For even more exhilaration, follow with a cold plunge, or a hot soak followed by a cold plunge.
Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas.

A simple sauna followed by a shower is a wonderful adjunct to a massage. Warming up in the sauna for ten to fifteen minutes before a treatment promotes circulation and ease in the muscles, allowing deeper healing to happen in the massage—especially if you plan to receive deep or specific work. After a massage, a fifteen to twenty-minute sauna is ideal (or until you feel your body begin to sweat). After you emerge from your post-treatment sauna, rinse in a lukewarm shower. Finally, turn the shower to cold, or at least to cool, and allow the cold jets of water to shower the areas of your body your therapist worked most intensely. The contrast between heat and cold flushes the tissue, amplifies healing, and minimizes soreness.

You may also choose to take a cold plunge following the sauna. If you do, we recommend doing the sauna/shower circuit described above first, then entering the warm pool for ten minutes, and finally finishing with a full body cold plunge. The cold shower comes first: it targets specific areas of your body that received treatment during the massage and preps your system wonderfully for the full-body cold immersion. Please drink plenty of water, as always, but especially if you do this circuit.

Aurora Massage
80 Minutes$325

Like the dawn, this enlightening treatment will leave you refreshed and ready for anything that lies ahead. Awaken the mind and bolster the vitality of your hair with an extended scalp massage incorporating warm, nourishing oils. A body massage will provide you with deep relaxation and helps to improve circulation and flexibility. Using light to medium pressure throughout, we strive to meet you where you are on the day that you visit and adjust our work to what your body and mind need at that moment.

To extend the benefits of your session, we recommend the following hydrotherapy circuit:

Cold: Enter either a cold (or cool) shower or cold plunge. If you choose a shower, make the water as cold as you can stand; be sure to get your whole body under the water.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT:

Sauna
Hot:
Spend 15 minutes in the sauna, or until you feel your body begin to sweat.

Abhyanga Massage
50 Minutes$225
80 Minutes$325

Inspired by a foundational body treatment in Ayurveda, Abhyanga is a rhythmic warm oil massage that covers your entire body from head to toe. This deeply relaxing massage includes movements that increase blood flow, cleanse your lymphatic system, and nourish your skin with a warm, healing oil, customized to your needs. Your session will start with a short questionnaire to determine which balancing oil will benefit your whole being. The 80-minute version of this session includes focused, tissue massage work.

We recommend the following hydrotherapy to extend the benefits of the warming and soothing Abhyanga massage:

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Warmth
Warm: Enjoy a warm shower for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing your body to unwind and relax.
Cool: Take a tepid to cool shower for five minutes, then sit in the sauna and towel dry your hair for another five minutes.
Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT:

Steam Room
Hot: Stay in the steam room for about 15 minutes (no more than 20 minutes). Begin on the lower seating level; progress
to the upper level once you are used to the heat.
Cool: Tepid (not cold) rinse.
Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas. Ayurvedic practices recommend keeping your entire body warm after this treatment. Note: Avoid pools to allow oil
to stay on the skin.

The Abhyanga is a massage that uses an abundance of healing, fragrant herbal oils. A leisurely warm soak before your treatment will help your muscles soften and unwind. Follow your soak with a refreshing tepid-cool shower. Drier hair is preferred for this treatment; towel-drying in the sauna is a relaxing and effective way to dry your hair, which brings vitality into your hair and scalp.

After your treatment, spend at least fifteen minutes in the steam room to allow the healing oils to soak into your skin. Breathe deeply into your belly, opening your airways with the permeating warmth of the steam. Finally, follow your steam with a short tepid rinse. After this treatment—in keeping with Ayurvedic practices—it is best to keep the entire body warm.

Prenatal Massage
50 Minutes$195
80 Minutes$295

Prenatal Massage is specifically tailored toward women who are expecting. These sessions concentrate on the specific needs of the mother-to-be, as her body goes through the profound changes of pregnancy. We offer massage throughout pregnancy with special care toward pregnancy cautions in all three trimesters.

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Warmth
This gentle circuit is designed to avoid raising your core body temperature; however, take extra care if you feel at all uneasy,
and be sure to hydrate throughout your stay.
Warm: Enjoy a warm shower for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cool: Enjoy a tepid rinse in the shower. Make sure to get
your head, face, hands, and feet under the water stream.
Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT:

Forest Bathing
As you walk on the trail, notice the sounds of your footsteps on the path. Pause and notice the textures all around you and see if you feel called to interact with those in any way—the smoothness of a leaf, the roughness of bark, the cool mud. Notice how light plays in the forest. Notice what is in motion as you meander down the path. Take time to journal and reflect afterward.

Reflexology
50 Minutes$215

The practice of reflexology views the feet as areas that mirror the body. During this treatment, your therapist will stretch, apply pressure, and move your feet and lower extremities in order to affect the corresponding parts of your body in positive, healing ways. This is one of the best modalities to give your mind a vacation while your whole body receives a wonderfully healing treatment. Targeting the vital organs in this session addresses the entire body that is often missed in a traditional massage.

To extend the benefits of your session, we recommend the following hydrotherapy circuit:

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Sauna and/or Steam
Hot: If you choose both sauna and steam, spend no more than 20 minutes total in the heat. Sauna: stay in the sauna for 10 to 15 minutes, or until beads of perspiration form on your chest. Steam room: stay in the steam room for about 15 minutes. Begin on the lower seating level, and progress to the upper level once you are used to the heat.
Cold: Either a cold (or cool) shower or cold plunge. If you choose a shower, make the water as cold as you can stand; be sure to get your head, face, hands, and feet under the water.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT:

Contrast Foot Bathing
Hot: Find a comfortable spot to sit at the edge of the warm or hot pool with your feet and lower legs immersed. Spend five minutes in the warm water, gently moving and stretching your toes, feet, and ankles.
Cold: Repeat with the same with the cold plunge, but spend about two minutes in the cold.
Rest: Enjoy 15 to 20 minutes in one of our relaxation areas.Drink plenty of water and repeat the cycle two or three times.

Therapeutic Cupping Massage
50 Minutes$215

Therapeutic cupping with silicone cups can be used to address your specific needs within a customized massage session. This treatment can release inflammation, muscle pain, and tension, and can relieve symptoms caused by asthma and sinus issues. Please note that cupping may cause a histamine reaction that sometimes results in redness or discoloration of the skin. Therapeutic cupping is also available as an add-on.

We recommend the following hydrotherapy circuit to extend the benefits of your session:

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Steam Room
Hot: Stay in the steam room for about 15 minutes (no more than 20 minutes). Begin on the lower seating level; progress to the upper level once you are used to the heat.

Massage Enhancements

aromatherapy $30

Choose one aromatherapy blends to add another level of sensory bliss to your session. Aromatherapy massage also includes the caring application of hot towels and a penetrating foot cream.

Cupping $30

Cupping with silicone cups affects the body at both a deep and superficial level. Unlike a typical deep tissue massage—which doesn’t move lymph as well because of the compression involved—cupping pulls up on the tissue, allowing for lymph to flow more easily. The suction also pulls stagnant blood, hormones, and metabolic waste to the surface so it can be flushed out through the lymphatic system.

The strength of the suction of the cups used can be adjusted by the therapist. Specific cupping options include working on the feet and calves to help with pain from plantar fasciitis; shoulders to help with frozen shoulder or other shoulder issues; glutes and hamstrings to assist sciatic function; forearms for tennis elbow; and quads and IT band for hip pain.

Please note that cupping may cause a histamine reaction that sometimes results in redness or discoloration of the skin.

Arnica Oil $30

The arnica application is a soothing and effective additional treatment, perfect for anyone who has a bit of pain or inflammation that needs extra attention.

The anti-inflammatory effects of arnica oil, which includes a blend of other medicinal herbs, is great for sore muscles, arthritic pain, bumps and bruises, and even acute injuries—both new and old.
