Heart & Hands Wine Dinner

A mere five miles north of Aurora, Heart & Hands Wine Company has earned a reputation as a small-production, high-quality winery that produces some of the finest Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Chardonnay in the Finger Lakes. At the helm of Heart & Hands, Tom & Susan Higgins are strongly committed to sustainable viticultural practices and to expressing the refined terroir of the estate’s location on the Onondaga limestone escarpment.

Led by Chef Shane Riley, our talented culinary team has created an innovative five-course menu to pair with Heart & Hands’ inspired wines. Starting with hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 p.m., each course begins with a brief explanation from Tom & Susan Higgins of that course’s wine and the culinary team’s pairing thought process.

This dinner is a part of our larger Heart & Hands Winemaker Weekend, a two-night package that includes a behind-the-scenes tour of the winery and sampling.
