Join us for an exclusive evening dedicated to the art and science of biodynamic winemaking. We are proud to welcome the visionaries from Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard—voted one of Wine & Spirit’s Magazine’s Top 100 Wineries of the Year—to share the story behind their regenerative approach to Finger Lakes terroir.
This immersive dinner features a five-course menu designed by Chef Shane Riley and hosted by Food & Beverage Director Toby Buggiani. Each dish is meticulously paired with estate-grown wines selected by Cameron Mills and Thijs Verschuuren, the hands-on architect of Wiemer’s biodynamic program.
