Cayuga Lake History Cruise
Join our captains for a comfortable mid-morning cruise while learning about Cayuga Lake’s fascinating history and development. Carved by glaciers over the last ice age, Cayuga Lake is the longest of the Finger Lakes and reaches 435 feet deep. In the nineteenth century, the lake was the key to Aurora’s development as the Erie Canal connected its shores to markets as far as New York City and London.
