Red Tail Ridge Wine Dinner

Join us in welcoming Red Tail Ridge Winery’s wine maker Nancy Irelan for a spectacular evening of wine, food, and conversation. An industry-leading advocate for Finger Lakes viniculture, Nancy produces exceptional wines that showcase the cool climate of the Finger Lakes. Led by Chef Shane Riley, our talented culinary team has created an innovative five-course menu to pair with Nancy’s inspired wines. Starting with hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 p.m., each course begins with a brief explanation from Nancy of that course’s wine and the culinary team’s pairing thought process.

This dinner is a part of our larger Red Tail Ridge Winemaker Weekend, a two-night package that includes an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Red Tail Ridge, lunch at the winery, and a hands-on bottling experience.
