Trestle 31 Library Wine Dinner

The first female winemaker to achieve the Master of Wine in the U.S. and a Top 40 under 40 recipient from Wine Enthusiast, winemaker Nova Cadamatre studied viniculture at Cornell University before spending time in vineyards on both the east and west coasts. Started in Geneva, New York by Nova and her husband Brian, Trestle 31 focuses on high-quality, small-production Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, and more.

Led by Chef Shane Riley, our talented culinary team has created an innovative five-course menu to pair with exclusive, rare library wines from Nova’s wine cellar. Starting with hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 p.m., each course begins with a brief explanation from Nova of that course’s wine and the culinary team’s pairing thought process.

This dinner is a part of our larger Trestle 31 Winemaker Weekend, a two-night package that includes an exclusive tasting with Nova Cadamatre.
