This three-day retreat offers a guided immersion in The Class, creating space for movement, reflection, and embodied connection. Expect extended Classes, restorative movement, and time to connect within. The Class takes place at our award-winning Spa with accommodations at the new, nearby Farmhouse: accommodations, nourishing meals, and the option to add Spa treatments throughout the stay are included to support a restorative experience

About the Class
The Class is a music-driven somatic exercise method founded in 2011 by Taryn Toomey to regulate the nervous system and release stuck energy by moving the physical body. Guided by extensively trained Teachers, each Class integrates a unique combination of movement, breath, music, and sound release to create physical, mental, and emotional openings.

Sophia is known for her welcoming presence and the dynamic energy she brings to her Classes. She creates a space that is both physically demanding and emotionally expansive, guiding students to stretch their limits while fostering a deeper connection to their hearts.
