Guests who reserve the Winemaker Weekend package enjoy two nights of MICHELIN-award-winning accommodations, a welcome bottle of wine from Trestle 31, seats for two at the five-course library wine pairing dinner on Friday night, and a wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres with Nova Cadamatre, Trestle 31 winemaker and the first woman to achieve the Master of Wine in the U.S.
