Concierge & Transportation

We are delighted to introduce a full-time concierge role to our team. The concierge will be on hand at Guest Arrivals daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist with pre-stay planning and during-stay guidance. In addition, a new team of guest services liaisons will assist with luggage and provide transportation to and from the Spa.

Wine & Cheese Hour

All guests will be invited to 1833 Kitchen & Bar’s new Tasting Bar on the first floor of the Aurora Inn for a complimentary glass of Finger Lakes wine and seasonal light bite daily from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. In addition to the culinary offerings at 1833 Kitchen & Bar, the Fargo Bar & Grill, the Village Market, and Aurora Cooks!, light pantry snacks and bottles of Finger Lakes wine will be available for purchase at Guest Arrivals.

Room Amenities

Alongside our signature homemade granola bars, each guest room will be stocked with a Nespresso machine for morning coffee and tea. Daily housekeeping services will be supplemented with a nightly turndown to set the stage for a restful night’s sleep. Complimentary s’mores kits will be available to enjoy around each property’s firepit in the evening.

Guest Services & Requests

Stationed at Guest Arrivals, our guest services team will be available 24 hours a day, reachable by dialing 56 on any on-property landline phone and by text message via Ivy, our new communication platform designed to provide instant, on-demand answers and assistance. Members of our guest services team will also be circulating around the resort for guidance and assistance.
