Located in Hector, Ryan William Vineyard is a vineyard of preservation. Their location provides an advantageous micro-climate for sustainability, and most work is done in the vineyard so that minimal action is needed in the cellar.

Glenora Wine Cellars & Knapp Winery

Open since 1977, Glenora Wine Cellars was the first winery on Seneca Lake. The winery produces a broad array of award-winning wines. Knapp Winery was founded in 1984 and is credited for being the first Finger Lakes winery to vinify Cabernet Franc.

F. Oliver’s Oils, Vinegars & Other Exceptional Ingredients

Anchored first in Canandaigua, F. Oliver’s has grown to many different locations, but they are strictly based out of the Finger Lakes region. They source the finest oils, vinegars, and other ingredients from all around the world; however, all bottling and other production occurs right here in the Finger Lakes. They are hospitality-driven, cultivating relationships through culinary education and, of course, their products.

Heron Hill Winery

Open since 1977, Heron Hill takes pride in Riesling as the Finger Lakes’ flagship varietal, garnering scores of 90 and above in Wine Spectator.

Finger Lakes Distilling

Fermentation of locally-sourced grains and fruits is what makes this distillery unique. In their two copper stills, Finger Lakes Distilling produces a variety of spirits, including whisky, gin, vodka, liqueurs, and brandy.

War Horse Brewing

Ciders, ales, lagers, and sodas are all options at War Horse Brewing, a subset of Three Brother’s Winery and Estates. They were the first brewery to create a Riesling ale, recognizing the ground in which they were founded.
